This group provides Haitian-American children an opportunity to socialize with each other in a very structured and progressive way. Haitian cultural norms and values will serve as the foundation of engagement and interactions during meetups. Members will gain exposure and knowledge of Haitian culture, music, dance, language, and history. We decided to start this group to give young children of all backgrounds the chance to learn Hindi, Urdu, Bengali and other South Asian Languages including Punjabi and Gujarati, while also reinforcing English language skills.
